Captain Benji Kelley's family has been in the fishing business
for 3 generations in the Panama City area.
He has worked on a boat since 1984 until purchasing the Miss Kelley in 1994
and the new Miss Kelley in 2005.
The Kelley family knows how to fish and where the fish are.
The biggest secret behind the success of the Kelley's charter business is the active role
they have had in creating artificial reefs in the last 15 years.

The season begins in March and ends in October.
In March and early April we primarily fish for Grouper and Amberjack on the longer charters,
and for Spanish Mackerel and Cobia on the shorter charters.
Starting April 15th, the Red Snapper season begins and we target them as well as all sorts
of other fish such as Grouper, Amberjack, Wahoo, King Mackerel,
Trigger Fish and white, black and vermillion Snapper.
The Red Snapper season ends on October 31, but we fish year-round.


Capacity: 1 to 16 passengers

Trip Lengths: 4 to 12 hours.

Types of trips: The Miss Kelley accommodates many types of trips.

What to Bring: All bait and tackle is provided.
Your food and beverages are not provided.

Rates: The base rate for this vessel is $145/hr for 1 to 6 passengers.
Passengers over 6 are charged an additional $12/hr per person.

Additional Information: The departure times is 7:00am.


Refund Policy: If trips are cancelled by the captain, a full refund will be issued.

Due to the nature of charter services booking, and since your reserving the charter
will result in the loss of the availability of this boat, the following refund policy will apply.

IF YOU CANCEL At least 14 days prior to booked date Less than 14 days prior to booked date Less than 48 hours prior to booked date

AMOUNT REFUNDED FULL REFUND 50% refund NO REFUND

"No Shows" will forfeit the total booking amount.
